Heg, what's going on? I am about to start the next step man, leaving for Washington State tomorrow.
I saw a couple of your kids at Talisman Center the other day and I wish I told them that if they stick with you and listen to you they can achieve a lot. But I just wanted to let you know that even if its not with basketball anymore and we haven't seen that much of each other in a while I want you to know that without you and all the hard work you put (us) through I don't think I would be where I am now. And I know I speak for Bol Kong as well. So in my eyes you have put out 2 Pack10 players, and Bol Kong who might end up being a NBA lottery pick. And we all know that without you busting our ass everyday we wouldn't have had the base foundation to go where we needed to go.
Anyways big dawg...keep pushing your next generation of kids and especially LJ, we all wanted to see him be a superstar one day like his pops.
Take care, and keep in touch.

Coach John Hegwood’s former player Ryan Wetherell (#2) with two 2009 NBA draft picks. Ryan and USC teammate Taj Gibson (Chicago Bulls) play against University of Arizona Chase Budinger (Houston Rockets) at University of Southern California's Galen Center.
Hey John
Wish you both could be at the game. Regardless of the outcome, it’s been an awesome experience!
Hope to come see you guys soon.
